Works great!

Did a little remodel on our downstairs bathroom and needed a place to wash our clothes instead of going to the laundromat every weekend. This washer works great to fit into a tight spot, but because of the size don’t expect to fit a lot of laundry in there. We have used this washer close to four months and we love it. Doesn’t completely dry towels, but we hang them up for a few minutes and they’re dry afterwards. Would’ve given this five stars, but came with huge dents in the front, the sides and in the back. After reading reviews, I decided that the dents weren’t as bad as some people received and didn’t want to deal with returning it and possibly getting another one that will leak and flood my bathroom. Only have to use about a quarter to a half a cup of detergent and the clothes come out smelling great and super clean.

It does wobble a lil buy the feet for vibration

I know other reviews people seem to have had an iffy or bad experience as for my family this machine is a great fit for us it washes good and may take a lil to dry but its all we expected out of a machine its perfect size for our washing will do one queen blacket itself but not the sheets it is dorm size keep that in thought but i am happy with this is does the job i recommend to those needing a space saver machine it does wobble some on spin but if you buy the vibration feet for it to sit on that helps it still does a great job i dont mind a lil wobble for the cleaning part its not a bad machine

Great appliance if the factory would ship it not broken.

The first one we ordered was beat to hell. We ordered a replacement, and they expect us to take the original washer back to the UPS store for shipment which is nearly impossible. The second one came today and the water drain valve was bent so much that it leaks on the floor. Now I have to figure out how to navigate through Amazon to have another one replaced. So frustrating **update, we received the third one and it bounced so much it put a hole in my wall! Now I’m dealing with RCA directly but what a pain!! If this machine would arrive like it should, it would be a great machine. But so far 3 out of 3 suck, I have a hole in my wall, and my front porch now has three broken washers on it. I have none. But I have plenty of laundry I should be able to wash. But can’t. I wouldn’t suggest ordering from Amazon. The return process alone is a nightmare.
