Must buy!

I usually don’t review products unless they are horrible or well exceeded my expectations. This vac-mop is absolutely wonderful. We have only used it for a few days but it is a very noticeable upgrade from our Roomba 960 that we have used for the better part of a decade. The assembly was very easy and has been very well engineered for convenience and functionality. As for cleaning, very impressive! Our floors are noticeably cleaner and our floors are free of dirt and dust. I do wish that it came with a bottle of cleaning solution, I very much like having a clean smell after the floors are cleaned. As for setup, it was very easy. The unit does a preliminary scan of the environment and allows you to set up cleaning areas, no go zones, invisible walls, and more! The integration with Alexa is fairly easy and very convenient if you have a cleaning need in a certain room. The operation is very good in comparison with older vacuum models, only having issues with string like objects like shoe lace training toys and a phone cable. I find this understandable and my fault for not picking those things up. The water tanks last a good amount of time and are easy to dump/refill. The self emptying vacuum is absolutely wonderful! Overall it is an absolute buy or upgrade. I’m very impressed!

Best Buy of 2026

This might be my favorite purchase of the year. I have been loyal to Shark for the last 5 years, but now have switched. After doing a lot of research we decided on this model. The reviews were great and it was rated for pets. We have 2 long haired dogs who shed a lot and our floors have not felt this clean in so long. I was running our old robot vacuum and using the upright multiple times a weeks. The roborock runs about 2x a day in our house to keep up with the dog hair. The vacuum was super easy to connect to WiFi and setup. The app is intuitive and gives so many data points. My favorite part of the vacuum is the mapping technology. It took no time at all to map our house. It also shows the tracks that were cleaned in the app. There is no more guessing how much of each room or area was covered.I love that the debris empties into vacuum bags. It allows for less dust and a cleaner dock. The vacuum is quieter than ones I have owned in the past and the runtime for cleaning cycles is shorter, with the battery lasting longer.I would recommend this product to anyone.

Big improvement over my Dreame W10. Horrible Wi-Fi pairing experience.

This is my 4th robo vac, I still own a Nomo N2 and the W10 from Dreame both of which are still deployed. The N2 is very low entry, it uses the drag behind mop while both the W10 and the Roborock use the spinning mops combo which is way better at cleaning hard floors. The S pro is positioned as a mid tier vac, it has the heated water feature for cleaning the mop pads and dries them with hot air to reduce the chances of bacterial growth developing in the mop bay while not in use. The Dreame doesn't have that feature and over the past 4 years of use I haven't had any issues with smells but I did notice grease/gunk buildup on the pads after a few months of use especially when cleaning around the kitchen table where the babies eat and throw food on the ground. So far the Qrevo has kept the pads looking good and I think the hot water rinsing/cleaning is the main reason for that. Another improvement over the Dreame is the side brush, this one actually reaches all the way up to the walls and baseboards to get every piece of dirt out. The mops on the other hand perform the same as the W10's, they leave about a 1 inch gap of untouched floor around the baseboards/walls since the S plus doesn't have the extendable mop feature like the higher end models. IMO the extendable side brush (which Roborock calls Flexi-Arm) is not necessarily needed as this regular one does the job pretty well as is. The mop pads extending would have made this better though. Navigation is done well, it bumps into things way less often that the Dreame and it also figures out alternative paths pretty quick if it detects obstacles in its way. Because of the lower profile it also doesn't get stuck under cabinets or coffee tables like the Dreame. In fact it hasn't gotten stuck once since I've been using it over the past couple weeks whereas the W10 needed at least 2 nudges to get it going again with each cleaning. I am confident to leave this thing alone while it's cleaning which was not the case with the old vac. Big + there. It is also way quieter than my W10, I can actually run it while people sleep and it's barely audible. The only loud part is the self emptying but that can be tweaked based on a schhedule with do not disturb hours or even automatically by the smart features built into the robot/app. Another improvement is the reach this has, it goes over taller obstacles with ease (taller carper edges, small room dividers) and the carpet detection feature work very well all the time. Once it learns your house it will start with vacuuming the carpets first without wetting the mop pads so it doesn't put any water on them, only after it's done with them does it wet the mops to do the hard floor portion of your home. I like that feature a lot as well. My only gripe and the biggest one is the WiFi pairing, it was a complete nightmare that took more than 24h to figure out and multiple emails with Roborock support (which was pretty quick to respond - about 8 to 12h in average) who did help in figuring out that it was a connectivity issue at the core of the WiFi debacle. Basically you cannot have strick security rules on your WiFi, even whitelisting all traffic to and from the S Pro didn't solve it, a network wide decrease in security settings from high to medium was required on my main gateway to get this to finalize the connection setup process. Some main rules to sail with ease through the setup are: 1) WiFi must be 2.4Ghz (no 5g or 6 on the newer routers) 2) WiFi name and password must NOT contain ANY special characters ( \-,.;') 3) You cannot have ANY WAN to LAN port/service blocking of any sorts, that displeases the app and the robot never finishes the setup process (it gets and IP on the network but doesn't allow the user to enter the app and use any of the features of the robot) Apparently this has been an ongoing issue with Roborock for their mid to low tier vacs for years, it's disappointing to see they haven't figured it out in 2026. I am not a novice in network security and hardware troubleshooting but this was something I've never seen before and the router/pihole/device logs didn't point to any specific culprits. Overall I am happy with the vacuum and how it cleans, I think it's a good choice for mid tier with solid performance but not all the bells like the higher priced stuff (flexi arms, climbing over obstacles abilities, mop lift of more than 10mm or even leaving mops in the bay). This little robot truly makes life easier, and our floors have never been cleaner!

I've been using an older, entry-level robot vacuum that has become more of a chore than a convenience. It gets tangled in cords and stuck under furniture, requires multiple recharges per floor, and it attempted to mop the carpet until I disabled that function entirely. The Qrevo S Pro operates at a completely different level, and I’ve been very pleased with its performance The suction adjusts automatically to the surface and picks up pet hair, debris, and fine dust without any intervention. The obstacle avoidance is really impressive! It navigates around furniture legs, cords, and objects left on the floor without getting confused or stuck. It cleans our entire main floor on a single charge, whereas the old vacuum took multiple charges to make any progress. The mop function applies just enough solution to leave hard floors clean and shiny without over-saturating them, and it lifts the mop pads automatically on carpet, so there's no wet rug problem to manage. The dock handles most of the maintenance: automatic dust collection into a sealed bag rated for 7-9 weeks, 167°F hot-water mop, self-cleaning after each run, and warm-air drying to prevent the musty pad smell that plagues other units. Water tanks for clean and dirty water are generously sized and easy to fill or empty. Multi-floor map support means the vacuum can be deployed on different levels of the house without reconfiguring each time. The app provides both set-it-and-forget-it scheduling and fine-grained zone controls. The only thing it can't do is climb stairs….which, for now, remains a problem I'll have to solve myself. Overall, this robot is a joy to have around and truly makes my life easier. Yes, it’s pricey, but well worth it and an outstanding value! Vine Customer Review of Free Product
